Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and any required artwork or customization has been approved.

Production times vary based on the type of order, quantity, and season. If your order has a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.

In Store Pickup

We are happy to offer Free In Store Pickup for local customers.

If you choose In Store Pickup during checkout, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before visiting our location, as custom orders require production time.

When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, some products may require additional production time. In these cases, your order may ship or become available for pickup in separate shipments. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
