Return Policy

At Breakaway Distributing LTD, the majority of our products are custom made, embroidered, screen printed, or otherwise personalized specifically for each order. Because of this, all custom, decorated, or embellished products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Embroidered apparel
  • Screen printed apparel
  • Heat transferred products
  • Customized teamwear
  • Personalized promotional products
  • Special order or made-to-order items
  • Any product that has been embellished or customized in any way

Please carefully review your order, sizes, colours, artwork, and personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Products

If you have purchased a non-custom, non-decorated stock item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A decoration or production error caused by Breakaway Distributing LTD

please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue so we can review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Sizing

Sizing charts are provided whenever possible. Because custom garments cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection made by the customer.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom production often begins shortly after an order is placed.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

Refunds

If a return is approved for an eligible non-custom item, we will inspect the returned merchandise and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within approximately 10 business days after the return has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
